Back in February of 1994, the vision of our founder was to create a market research company that would provide superior level of service and high quality deliverables to its clients through access to timely, accurate and relevant information. 

 

Today we continue with the same passion and zeal in every project we undertake in order to exceed our customers' needs and expectations. Throughout our journey we have evolved, always carrying in our arsenal the latest technological tools and expertise that ensure the highest quality market research studies. 

 

Here are some of our most important milestones in these 22 years

 

• In 2000, we were assigned to execute the first ever Eurobarometer survey in Cyprus.
• In 2002 we moved into our own private establishment in Nicosia; equipped with state of the art facilities for qualitative research and a call center for telephone interviews.
• In 2003, we were one of the first companies in Cyprus to adopt the Computer Aided Telephone Interviewing (CATI)
• In the same year, we committed ourselves to bi-communal research to help resolve the country's long standing political issue by conducting our first bi-communal study.
• In 2004, we became the first market research company in Cyprus to implement a quality control system that adheres to the requirements of the ISO 9001 certification.
• Since 2006 we have been the preferred provider for executing the Flash Eurobarometer surveys in Cyprus
• In 2013, we adopted the Computer Aided Personal Interviewing (CAPI)
